Key Initiative 1: Connecting with Communities
Through collaborative partnerships with local civic groups, elected officials including legislators, and community leaders, FDJ will create, promote, and partner to host public presentations, forums, and panels that highlight the form and function of our three branches of state government. By creating and collaborating with community and civic groups to form a speaker’s bureau, in tandem with educational content, FDJ will be able to reach a wide array of targeted audiences. Audiences include but are not limited to rotary clubs, elk’s lodges, local chambers of commerce, naturalization ceremonies, churches, community centers and adult education programs. More information about our past programs can be found here.
If you or someone you know would like a guest speaker to present to your organization please follow the link to fill out the speakers’ request form or contact Sosan Madanat at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (916) 930-1220.
